Ошибки в игре Counter-Strike:Source, такие как проверка steam отклонена, failed after 4 retries и другие возникающие в процессе игры, а так же при заходе на сервера Counter-Strike: Source.

Ошибка failed after 4 retries связанная с серверной частью:

1) Возникать ошибка может из-за того что ip adres и порт сервера заблокирован закрыты порта или заблокирован доступ антивирусом обычно это (брандмауэр, фаервол) вам следует отключить данные системы блокировки, такая ошибка возникает на серверах которые содержаться дома на операционной системе Windows.

2) Так же ошибка failed after 4 retries может возникнуть в том случае, если ваш сервер CS:Source переведен на No-Steam и использует Rev эмулятор. Следует переустановить Rev эмулятор сервера.

- Проверить целостность кэша игры: Заходим в сам Steam - открываем Библиотеку ваших игр - щелкаем правой кнопкой мыши по игре Counter-Strike Source - выбираем Свойства - вкладка Локальные Файлы - Проверить целостность кэша, зайти в игру (если не помогло, смотри ниже);

И пробовать зайти в игру.

Вам нужно открыть окно консоли, открываем окно консоли на Windows:
* Открываем меню "Пуск" - окно в windows 7 "Найти программы и файлы", Windows XP "Выполнить" - ввести команду для поиска (CMD) - нажать на файл (CMD) - откроется черное окно консоли, вот сюда вам и нужно ввести команду: "ping 77.220.184.202" (77.220.184.202 - ip адрес сервера без порта) - Жмем "Enter", если пинг превышает допустимые нормы, то вам нужно связаться со своим провайдером.

* Так же можно сделать трассировку:
- Открываем консольное окно как описано выше, вводим команду в консольное окно tracert 77.220.184.202 (77.220.184.202 ip адрес сервера без порта) - Жмем "Enter".

1) Вы пытаетесь подключится к серверу работающему на Steam версии, это не возможно сделать на пиратской версии игры No-Steam, вам нужно либо зайти на сервер No-Steam (Kstovo Public server: 77.220.184.202:27249), либо купить лицензию игры Steam.

2) Вы используете крякнутый STEAM клиент (через такие программы как GreenLuma или ваш аккаунт забанен VAC античитом) и пытаетесь подключиться к защищенному серверу.

3) Ошибка "Проверка Steam отклонена" может возникнуть, если у вас стоит на ПК не верные дата и время и запускайте игру от имени администратора, а так же если вы используете Windows 8, то вам нужно отключить систему UAC.

4) Не ставьте новую сборку игры Counter-Strike: Source поверх старой. если это так, то переустановите с нуля и в новую папку. Обязательно полностью удалите все следы предыдущей версии. А так же всегда запускайте игру из корневой папки игры Counter-Strike: Source, а не с рабочего стола, так как подкачка файлов в игре может выполняться по разным путям в игре, следовательно запуск игры у вас может быть не совсем корректным.

Odds are he has something setup incorrectly. Ensure he has ports 27005-27015 open, verify that you are using the correct IP address, and ensure sv_lan is set to 0.

If it still doesn't work, consider just setting it up yourself.

And your friend is not suppose to put it on local server.

Hamachi is meant for making private servers with your friends

Eh, the security issue - unless you frequently download stuff/hand out your network name/IP, it isn't much of a problem, but personally, I've had a LOT of issues with Hamachi (not going to go into detail, no reason to explain, really). Some people are lucky enough to be able to avoid it's ability to ♥♥♥♥ up your internet connection, but in the end, Hamachi is useless anyway. Unless you want to setup a dedicated LAN game (pointless unless you have no internet connection and are connected via ethernet cable to the same network as someone else), Hamachi has no use. How does it get you 'hacked'? I've been running servers for TF2/GMod/Minecraft/CSGO/CSS/Killing Floor/L4D2/etc. for years, and I've never been hacked. Just having ports open doesn't mean people can barge in and jack your stuff, they can do so even with your ports closed. If you'd like to elaborate, I'd like to know what your logic your statement is.

If you have a firewall and an antivirus, you're safe. End of story. If someone else connects to your network, just boot them out and change the password. Boom. Easy. If you get DoSed/DDoSed, you can file a lawsuit, and your ISP can track down who, precisely, started the DoS attack (DDoS attacks, however, aren't quite as simple). That's really all there is to worry about.

when I go onto find multiplayer game, not all the servers load properly. I know this as it's not loading a server I always go on.
whenever I click on a different server however it says 'connecting to server' but it will pop up a few seconds after saying 'connection failed after 4 retries'

I've restarted my internet and also reinstalled steam and garry's mod yet it's still not working, however its working with all my friends and at their houses.

What exactly is it that could be wrong with my internet?

Congradulations, you have just bumped a half-a-year-old thread.

Anyway, first of all, ensure your firewall/antivirus is completely disabled while in GMod. They can both block connections based on their settings (certain antiviruses are paranoid as ♥♥♥♥ and block almost all inbound and outbound connections). Other than that, unless you have an extremely unstable internet connection (or just have dial-up internet), there's really no reason to be unable to connect to a server.

I've tried joining multiple servers, but everytime I get the "connection failed after 4 retries" notification. The only way I have been able to play is by using the "join friend" feature. However that will only work once, if I try to join a friend again it will only work if I close Garry's Mod and boot it back up. Because of this problem, I am unable to play without my friends and I still have not found a fix anywhere for this other than, "did you try turning off your firewall?" or "have you tried running steam as an administrator?" Well, yes I did try both of those solutions and they didn't work either. Apparently there are a decent amount of people who have this issue but there is still no answer. So my advice, try getting a friend to join a server you want to play on and join their game. TO START A INTERNET SERVER YOU NEED A ROUTER. NOT A MODEM.
If you're connecting to a friend, make sure they aren't running a LAN server.
This can be done by starting a LAN server, then going to the console, typing 'sv_lan 0' without the 's, then type map (Name of a map here) to apply the command(This changes the map)
Such as:
sv_lan 0
map gm_bigcity

Be warned you also need to add exclusions in your antivirus possibly, and port forward the ports TCP and UDP 27015(You both need to do that)
