Everytime i go into the dark room it crashes it givesm me the going to the next floor cut scene then gave me a message "isaac-ng has stopped working." sometimes i try going in by the sacrifice room in Sheol or the womb so it would give me the two key pieces but even so i still crash someone help me.

It's most likely an issue with a mod. Was the Revelations mod for me.

idk if it effects or not but i have the alll items in spawn mod on it doesnt have any modded items plus its frustrating when u get ♥♥♥♥ items in item rooms when u do it legit

Updates usually make mods not compatible anymore, no matter what they do. Disable all of them, then try again. Wait for the modder to update them.

Updates usually make mods not compatible anymore, no matter what they do. Disable all of them, then try again. Wait for the modder to update them.

nothing worked please help Have you tried manually disabling the mods? I mean, force the game to load none of them at startup? In documents/Mygames/Afterbirth+ (or something, can't get the proper file path now), open options, put the line "enablemods" at 0.
Also, to be sure, disable any other program you may currently run, to see if they could cause a problem. You could also create an exception for the game in your antivirus program, some are paranoid enough to block the game for some reason.
Not sure about how to fix your issue to be honest, just writing stuff found in other threads and personal experience. Might not be enough in the end, I'm not 100% sure.
Edit: just noticed your thread. Scrap the option part then. x)

The Dark Room is one of five final levels in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, alongside Chest, The Void, Corpse, and Home. The Dark Room is unlocked by defeating Satan 5 times, after which it can be accessed by touching the chest dropped by Satan with The Negative equipped. Entrance to the Dark Room can also be achieved via the I AM ERROR room in Sheol, even without The Negative , as well as through the Black Market in Sheol, and through a trapdoor spawned by a button. After completing this level or The Chest for the first time, the Dark Room will always contain a large golden door in the first room, which can be unlocked with either the Key Pieces (combination of Key Piece 1 and Key Piece 2 ), Dad's Key , Get out of Jail Free Card , or Mr. ME! .
The Dark Room can also be accessed by repeatedly using a Sacrifice Room. After using the spikes for the 12th time, continuing to use the Sacrifice Room will have a 50% chance to teleport Isaac directly to the Dark Room, regardless of what floor he was previously on.
The Dark Room is home to the Grave Room, which will contain a Dirt Patch, which can be dug up using Mom's Shovel . Doing so for the first time will unlock The Forgotten . On subsequent runs, multiple Dirt Patches can be found, and digging them up using We Need to Go Deeper! , Rune of Ehwaz , or Mom's Shovel will spawn a random type of chest.
Like Sheol before it, the Dark Room consists of only one floor. In the Dark Room, it is not possible to bomb doors open to skip rooms. The Dark Room's rooms are mainly filled with bosses and mini-bosses. The boss of the floor is always The Lamb.
The first room the player spawn in will automatically contain 4 Red Chests that function normally or contain random Devil Deals. All other types of chests spawned in the Dark Room will always contain Treasure Room items. Destroying Slot Machines, Fortune Telling Machines, and all types of Beggars with the exception of a Shell Game Beggar will also spawn items.

Павел, в любом случае это щитпост. Ладно бы спросил про синергии сои или хз еще чего-нибудь, но это.
Вова, он вроде внизу несколько дней назад писал, что прямо новенький- новенький, так что такие вопросы для него свойстены, не удивлюсь, если через пару дней он спросит, как открыть death touch
