Description
In-game description: "The wind turbine farm here is an Espetrol investment and powers homes and businesses across Recalada."
14 wind turbines can be found in this one area, which is more than any other place in any Just Cause game.
There are 2 areas with buildings and infrastructure, one being a fuel outpost on the west side and the other being the main entrance on the north-eastern side. The western side spawns Black Hand vehicles even if the region is already taken over.
Multiple small buildings can be found around the area, which presumably control a group of wind turbines.
Some low-end Black Hand grunts (privates) will always be present at the buildings. They are not hostile if not provoked.
La Mazmorra is a military base doubling as a prison and notable building in Just Cause 4.

Description
The in-game map description states: "A semi-mythical prison hidden away in the dunes. Few are ever released, and the ones who are do not speak of their time there.
The prison is also spoken of indirectly on the Solís Hoy radio, where it is mentioned that the Black Hand carry out arrests at night and that the imprisoned persons are rumored to be taken to a secret prison in the desert, that doesn't officially exist.
Above ground
As explained during the mission Mazmorra Rescue, there are 3 observation posts on the surrounding hills that watch over the seemingly normal small outpost in the middle. The middle outpost is actually there to guard the prison elevator and to store some vehicles and their fuel.
Underground
This is one of the most notable buildings in Solís, as there is no other military facility that go this deep underground.
Down from the elevator is a series of several large multi-story shafts that have cells in their walls.
The octagonal shaft areas of the prison are vaguely similar to the El Grande Fort, but the El Grande is not a single large room.
All cells are open towards the middle of the shafts, but there are no observations posts in the middle to make use of this arrangement as a panopticon. Instead the middle of each shaft has a big vertical pipe.
The missions here (or exploring the prison afterwards) are by far the most disorienting in the Just Cause game series so far. The shafts are marked as A, B and C, to give the impression that there's only 3 and the way that they're connected to each-other is as confusing as possible to disorient the player. Exploring the base from under the map has revealed that there are actually 6 shafts and it's impossible to make sense of them from the inside, because one shaft may have a giant closed door on one wall, but the corresponding wall on a neighboring shaft can have cells at that spot. When exploring from the outside, the last shaft (G) has a closed door leading outside of the underground box, meaning that in-universe there could be more than what is seen.

Сковородка из PUBG
Этот уникальный предмет является отсылкой к «королевской битве» Playerunknown's Battlegrounds. Рико может носить сковородку на спине, а она снижает получаемый урон и спасает главного героя от выстрелов в спину. При желании сковородку можно использовать не только как щит, но и в качестве оружия ближнего боя. Сковородку можно найти в маленьком городке на одном из балконов.
Коровострел — оружие, превращающее людей в коров (Cow Gun)
Одной из самых забавных пасхалок является винтовка, выстрел из которой превращает NPC в корову. Но это еще не все, Рико тоже можно превратить в корову, нажатием одной кнопки. А за превращение 10 бойцов Черной Руки в коров можно получить достижение «Ка-му-у-у-фляж» (Cow-Moo-Flage).
Пасхалка на клип группы a-ha — Take On Me
В одном из зданий можно найти рисованную черно-белую комнату, напоминающую легендарный клип группы a-ha — Take On Me, где играет песня и танцует девушка.
Горные козлы из оригами
На одной из гор в заснеженном регионе Just Cause 4 можно найти горных козлов, сделанных из бумаги.
Очень быстрая детская машинка
Маленькая детская машинка, в которую еле помещается Рико. Но она способна развивать довольно большую скорость.

На одной из гор можно найти мемориал с различными именами.
Парк юрского периода (Jurassic park)
На охранной вышке в джунглях можно найти предостерегающий плакат, следы когтей гигантской лапы, скелет человека и загон, где могли держать крупного хищника или динозвара. Это отсылка к фильму Парк юрского периода (Jurassic Park, 1993). На терминале даже можно услышать фразу из фильма.
Mile high club
Клуб Mile high club можно найти и в Just Cause 2, Just Cause 3 и Just Cause 4.
Маленькая собачка
Похожая пасхалка была в Just Cause 3. Там нужно было перевести маленького песика через дорогу, чтобы он мог вернуться в свою конуру. Куда вести этого песика — пока не ясно.
