Teso launcher зависает на лоадинг

So my launcher from my desktop opens the launcher but the launcher screen is blank stuck Loading.

Not to be confused with the blue bar updating at the bottom

This has happened to me before which made me quit the game for a couple week cause I didn't wanna deal with this but now it's happening again I restarted my computer made sure there's no conflicting apps open, tried launching it from steam and the launcher won't even open that way. Nothing seems to work.

If the game will not launch after clicking Play in the launcher, or if the launcher gets stuck loading, there are a few troubleshooting steps below that may help.

Also, quite frankly you can just bypass the Launcher except on patch days. Now, it sounds like you need to get yours sorted, but try this for next play time:

1. Get Steam Running
2. Make a shortcut to ESO64.exe and put that on your desktop, use that to launch the game

This should work for Steam Installs. It is how I launch most of my steam games, by going direct to the EXE.

I got it working by deleting the Microsoft visual C++ things, and re-downloading them but thank you for the reply, I really appreciate the effort you put into your post

3. Удалить поврежденные данные программы

4. Ремонт пусковой установки

Вполне возможно, что программа запуска ESO сработала из-за этой проблемы. Поэтому на этом этапе мы будем ремонтировать пусковую установку. Для этого:

Дождитесь, пока откроется панель запуска, и выберите кнопку «Параметры игры» в раскрывающемся меню.
Выберите опцию Восстановить, и процесс проверки файла будет запущен.Нажав на «Опции игры» и выбрав «Восстановить».
Дождитесь завершения процесса и дайте программе запуска переустановить отсутствующие файлы после загрузки.
После завершения процесса запустите игру и проверьте, сохраняется ли проблема.

Пару месяцев искал подобную тему, но не нашёл, поэтому решил создать сам.
Добавляйте свои варианты решения, чтобы всё было в одном месте.

1. Проверяем доступность серверов

2. Проверяем целость файлов

- в лаунчере кликаем Game Options
- выбираем Repair

3. Запускаем Лаунчер от имени администратора.

- запускаем игру из Стим
- открыем Диспетчер задач (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
- в списке запущенных процессов находим ZeniMax Online Studios Launcher
- кликаем правой, выбираем "Свойства"
- на вкладке "Совместимость" указываем "Запускать от имени администратора"
- перезапускаем Лаунчер
- хорошо бы то же самое сделать и с самой игрой, а не только с Лаунчером

4. Открываем порты через роутер.

- открываем браузер и вводим IP-адрес маршрутизатора
(по умолчанию это 192.168.1.1, но у меня он был 192.168.100.1)
- в окне входа в систему вводим имя пользователя и пароль
(по умолчанию имя пользователя admin или root, пароль admin)
- вкладка Forward Rules
- раздел Port Mapping Configuration
- жмём New и заполняем следующие поля External Start Port, External End Port
(это диапазон указанный ниже, например 27000 и 27015)
- поле Internal Start Port совпадет с External Start Port
- в поле Internal Host указваем IP своего компьютера
- ставим галочку Enable Port Mapping
- выбираем Protocol: TCP/UDP
- набиваем любое имя подключению Mapping Name и жмём Apply

Список портов для Стим:
TCP / UDP Ports 27000 through 27015
TCP / UDP Ports 27015 through 27030
TCP / UDP Ports 27014 through 27050
TCP / UDP Ports 27031 through 27036
TCP / UDP Ports 27036 through 27037
TCP / UDP Ports 4380

PS: Инструкция завит от модели роутера. Если не понятно как открыть порты, то введите в гугле название роутера и запрос "открыть порты".

6. Несколько подходов

Из-за долгой загрузки слетает авторизация на сервере TESO, загрузка прекращается и игра висит в режиме ожидания. Ждать более часа бессмысленно. Вырубайте через Диспетчер задач и запускайте заново. Три-пять подходов и всё нужное подгрузится! ;-)

TL:DR When starting the launcher, it will get stuck on "Loading. " (http://i.imgur.com/abuZiEH.jpg) and nothing will happen no matter how long i wait.
However, i tried a second harddrive that has no network drivers, booted that, and the exact same thing happened there. So that got me thinking. I went to my other PC where the launcher works completely fine and disabled the LAN adapter. And guess what, suddenly the launcher gets stuck on "loading. " there too, so i assume the issue is somewhere related to my internet on this current PC only.
I need to fix this, i am completely unable to play the game as i can not download it.

Spend 5 Hours googling and reinstalling the launcher, removed the vcredist installations like a 100 times, tried DNS flushing, port forwarding, disabled any kind of antivirus/firewall/you name it, restarted the PC countless times, switched harddrives, basically everything google would throw at me.
I also did "Automatic configuration Script and Proxy Server are disabled in your Internet options." No proxy. Not Firewall. Not antivirus currently running.

What i have done so far
- Remove all vcredist files from 2005 to 2015, both x64 and x86
- flushed DNS, tried a proxy program to rule out ISP issues. The launcher works fine on a second PC right next to me.
- Made sure no proxy setups are active at the time, nothing interfering with my internet
- run different antivirus and malware tools
- disabled firewalls
- opened suggested ports
- Running the launcher from an external harddrive

If i start the launcher, it gets to "Loading. " and thats it. I can't neither download nor install the game.

All kinds of solutions from the tech support forums (obscure use of VPN programs and stuff like that) did not work.

I also tried to install the launcher on an external harddrive and run it from there.

I was able to download the game itself on a second PC, place it on my external harddrive and launch it directly from the eso64.exe, however the language is wrong and i know the next update would immediately make it impossible to play as i would have to run the launcher to patch the game. So running it from the exe is not a long-term solution
