At Happy Mask Props I strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all my valued customers. I offer a refund or exchange/prop alternation for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from the product description. As the orders from my shop are all custom-made according to the customer’s measurements and default sizes, I offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

Customer should contact me within 7 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund. For costumes that are made to the wrong size, Happy Mask Props will make a new prop for 70% off the listing price– if it is determined that I made the error.

However, Happy Mask Props is NOT responsible for sizing errors in custom-made props if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this situation, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item at 30% off the list price, or ship the costume back to me for revision ( at customer expense ); you will then be charged for revision cost only.

The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.

The following items Are Excluded from Return or Exchange Policy:

Orders and props that have been used.

Orders and props that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume.

Orders and props with scratches.

2. Incorrect Delivery Address

Happy Mask Props ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process,

Happy Mask Props will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.

At this time, I ship worldwide. Most orders (exempt custom orders) will be dispatched in 1 to 5 business days once the payment has been cleared. Shipping within 2 business days once the payment were cleared and anywhere from 2-14 business days for delivery, I will do my best to make sure you receive the parcel in time but I am not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

For all custom orders
it can take about 10-15 working days for modeling design to be finished, during Halloween time, this time may be around 20 working days due to the heavy workload at that time. The orders will be sent out via USPS, or otherwise specified, shipping provider. The delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 2-14 business days for delivery.

the risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filing out the purchase forms.

all parcels will be marked as "gifts" or "samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All parcels will be hold for pickup if it can not be signed or delivered.

Shipping cost will be shown before you submit the order, it depends on the country and weight.

The shipping of the items is online traceable.
