use he preset by arma,
low standart high ultra custom.
(u can make viewdistance to 0 - but u wont be able to play arma properly. )
for custom make everything max. and go to the 2 other pages aswell and make everything max.
would be useless overkill :D (not the gamma/brightness, adjust it to your monitor)

is Everything Maxed out View Distance and Object distance at 12,000 and AA full everything I got the score of 29.5 Is this good. My Specs I7 6700 MSI R9 390X 16GB DDR4. launch options is -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7 . Am i supposed to add a 8 or 7 on exthreads? a i7 5775c with ddr3 beats your system.
use the launcher then go to parameter and then edit it there. its more easy as to use launch parameters.

About 2 minutes long scripted intro for measuring your average FPS. Emphasis on AI fighting performance, bullets, and explosions.
The mission is CPU heavy; below 60 fps results are likely even on a high-end PCs.
You can save up to 20 results. Useful for comparing performance between different game versions, system setups, game tweaks and mods.
Select multiple results with ctrl+mouse click to view their average score.
PLEASE NOTE: this isn't an exact scientific benchmark because of the AI. It's inherently random, so every run is always a bit different. Expect about ±2 fps variance between runs. So if you intend to compare effects of some minor system/settings tweaks, they probably won't be visible with YAAB.

My favourite game, however it loads up a single core to the max and lightly utilizes a few other cores - often bottlenecking on a single core with overall cpu utilization at 20%. Such a shame a great game is so poorly optimized.
Update: memory 3200Mhz -> 3600Mhz 52FPS
Hi, Arma is very poorly optimized game. There is no cpu gpu combo what could give fps like in ”normal” games. Arma does not use gpu well and it doesnt use cpu very well either. Also when playing online, server fps is important, poor server will destroy client fps. Intel is better with Arma 2 and Arma 3 thats for sure. But fps gain from i5 4670k was big to amd 3600, big difference also came from faster memory. Arma loves fast memory.
Maybe future Arma 4 use Dayz engine or some other and cpu and gpu utilization is better.
Всем привет) Недавно подписался на канал, очень понравилось как играет автор) я обращаюсь с вопросом, долго думаю купить Arma 3 или Squad? И сколько будет FPS на ноутбуке с gtx 1060 на 6gb и процессором i5 7300hq, 16gb оперативки? Заранее спасибо за ответ;)
Георгий, сложно сказать. Можешь скачать пиратку армы и с ботами хотябы запустить. Думаю и там будет около 30 фпс
