What do you this yesterday

  • To be - was/were
  • To have - had - имел
  • Can - could/was, were able to - мог

  • Marry played hockey last Sunday -
  • Did marry play hockey last Sunday? -
  • They lived in this city in 2001 - Они жили в этом городе в 2001 году
  • Did they live in this city in 2001?
  • The cat drank all milk yesterday -
  • Did the cat drink all milk yesterday? -

Если мы хотим сделать специальные вопросы (с вопросительными словами who, when, where, what, why и т.

  • The cat played with the ball in the afternoon -
  • When did the cat play with the ball? -
  • Marry studied English in Canada in 2014 - Мэри учила английский в Канаде в 2014 году
  • What did Marry study in Canada in 2014?
  • Where did Marry study English in 2014?

  • Marry studied English in Canada in 2014 - Мэри учила английский в Канаде в 2014 году
  • Who studied English in Canada in 2014?
  • His dog ate his homework? -
  • Who ate his homework? -

  • Sam was in London two years ago - Was Sam in London two years ago? -
  • Where was Sam two years ago? -
  • Who was in London two years ago? -

  • He broke my vase - he did not break my vase -
  • We played Monopoly - we did not play Monopoly -
  • Ann and Jack lived in the USA - Ann and Jack did not live in the USA -

Past Simple.
