Hello, got this baffling error upon startup today. I've never seen this error before, and I am not sure what this was in response to (the only thing that had happened was a few apps launching that launch when my computer starts up). Should I be worried about this, and is there anything I can do to fix/avoid this problem? Thank you in advance.

Follow these steps:
Press the Start key and type the word CMD or Powershell, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
•- DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
•- sfc /scannow

After doing all that, this is what was left in the console:
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

I also got the same error as Nullcasting.
I followed your post.
The following is was left in the CMD App.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
Checked the folder, the Log is quite large. Never saw that large of a amount from a scan of any kind.
Quite a detailed report.
I did have some issues with a update slowing things down last week and weekend.
Went back to previous version of Windows 10, build 19025 vb release 19112-1414.

Драйвера обнови. Но знай обновление драйвера на разных устройствах может повести по разному.
Видеокарты? Как и где можно это обновить? Я пытался нажал обновить драйвера а компютер пишет что все необходимые драйвера установлены :/

Это я уже перевёл, но что делать надо? Обновлять драйвера видео карты? Где? и Как?

При запуске игры появляется окно "Direct 3D Device9:Present failed: Driver internal error. .
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Расположил скрипт в /public_html,указал директорию для парсинга путей к картинкам.
