When you right-click a shortcut, the first part should be a "Target type:", a "Target location:", and then a "Target:". That last one should contain the path to the actual file (which would be the .exe in this case, for the game).

Here's a random file I created a shortcut on my desktop, and this is what was in the target field:
C:\Users\CrimsonHawk\Desktop\tasdeal.txt

In the case of the game, it would end with .exe instead. So, you would make the line look like this instead:

Note the space between the extension and the -nosettinglimit.

And this is just one way to do it. You can also follow the instructions in the link above and right-click the game in your Steam library for the game. You probably won't see any file or path info at all, and you would just put the -nosettinglimit into the Launch options box. Same effect.

Операционная сис. Win 7. Выходит ошибка что видео карта не поддерживается. Хотя по заявленным минимальным требованиям карта проходит. Может кто сталкивался с подобным? Вот скрин.

Драйвера 13.9 . Все обновления тоже на месте.

типо такого: "C:\Games\Sherlock Holmes - Crimes and Punishments\Binaries\Win32\Sherlock.exe" -nosettingslimit
если не применяется и пишет что путь хреновый, то найдите в строчках "Рабочая папка" в пути названия win64 и переименуйте в win32

ЗЫ: таким как vovadjo надо сразу отключать интернет, вкалывать в попиё несколько кубиков магнезии в общем-то, ну и принудительно лечить до полного выздоровления, да. Особенно докторов настораживает, что пациент обильно употребляет *жирный текст* в предложениях (:

Ошибка "Видеокарта не поддерживается"
Пробовал поставить "Высокую производительность" в AMD Catalyst Control Center. Не помогло(
Есть ли еще способы решить данную проблему? Заранее спасибо)

Производительности данной видеокарты должно быть достаточно для запуска игры на низких настройках. Можете прислать лог запуска (C:\Users\<username>\Documents\my games\Sherlock Holmes - Crimes and Punishments\SH7Game\Logs\Launch.log) ?

Я также делаю как вы написали, но игра все равно пишет что видеокарта недоступна. Видеокарта AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series и интегрированная Intel HD Graphics 4000

"Graphics card which is installed on this machine is not supported." What can I do to make it run? 2 окт. 2014 в 1:06 Thank you for the quick reply! I tried it but this did not work for me. I still get the Error message. The minimal supported graphics card for this game is AMD RADEON HD 3850. Mine is the AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470. Any other idears? Thx. ^^

@Ludewig_Katharina: Maybe you have a laptop computer with two graphics cards:
INTEL HD and AMD MOBILITY RADEON HD.

Please select the AMD MOBILITY RADEON HD graphics card to play Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments:
