Realtek hd audio driver ошибка 0001

I just got this new PC and realized that my earphones do not work when plugged into the jack input, I can't select my earphones as a microphone input and / or audio output.

I tried to install the realtek drivers that were working on my former PC but it gives me the following error code :

Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !! [Error Code: -0001]

Can someone help me please ? I was confused at other similar threads

Please try these steps:

1. Install new drivers
   1. Solution
   2. Win + R
   3. Type :
      devmgmt.msc
      
   4. Find the Sound Driver
   5. Right Click on the device and press uninstall
   6. Press Scan for hardware changes

   Check your computer for updates

   Uninstall, then re-install the application

   It doesn't work, I still get the same error code.

   My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.
   I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

   Here's the steps you can try.
   -Press Windows key + X
   -Go to Settings
   -Click Update and Security
   -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
   -Look for Speech and run the troubleshooter.

   Once done proceed with these steps.
   -Press Windows key + X
   -Go to Device Manager
   -Expand the Audio Input and Output
   -Look for Microphone driver that was installed
   -Right click and Update
   -Look for "Browse my computer for driver
   -Let me pick drivers available drivers
   -Choose an old driver and use it.

   -Go to Control Panel
   -In Control Panel, select Large icons from the View by drop down menu.
   -Select Sound.
   -Select the Recording tab, then right-click on any empty place inside the device list and tick Show Disabled Devices.
   -Right click the Headset Microphone and click Enable.
   -Right-click it again and select Set as Default Device.

   Restart your computer and check.

   If issue persists, let's download the compatible driver.
   What is the exact model of your computer?

   To check the system model proceed with these steps.
   -Press Windows key + R
   -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.
   -Look for the system model and provide it here.

   Решение 1. Удаление и переустановка драйвера Realtek

   1. Нажмите сочетание Win + X, чтобы открыть системное меню.
   2. Выберите Диспетчер устройств и дождитесь загрузки приложения.
   3. Далее разверните раздел «Звуковые, игровые и видеоустройства»
   4. Щёлкните ПКМ по драйверу Realtek и выберите параметр «Удалить».
   5. По завершении процесса перезагрузите компьютер.

   
   

   1. Снова запустите диспетчер устройств.
   2. Раскройте вкладку «Действие» на верхней панели и выберите «Обновить конфигурацию оборудования».
   3. После этого будет проведена проверка на предмет недостающих драйверов и установлены необходимые.
   4. Ещё раз перезагрузите систему.

   
   

   Решение 2. Проверка наличия конфликтов драйверов

   Как устранить конфликты:

   1. Откройте Диспетчер устройств как описано выше.
   2. Разверните категорию Системные устройства.
   3. Найдите Контроллер High Definition Audio.
   4. Отключить устройство, нажав по нему ПКМ, и выбрав соответствующую опцию.

   
   

   1. Затем нажмите сочетание Win + X и выберите Программы и компоненты.
   2. Найдите в списке Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
   3. Выделите его и вверху нажмите удалить.
   4. Перезагрузите компьютер.

   
   

   1. Запустите диспетчер устройств.
   2. Откройте вкладку «Действие» и снова нажмите «Обновить конфигурацию оборудования».
   3. Перезагрузитесь.

   После этих действий проблема сбоя установки аудиодрайвера Realtek должна исчезнуть. Оставляйте комментарии, помогло ли вам одно из этих решений, а также делитесь опытом, как вы решали данную неисправность.

   Методом поиска и научного тыка проблема была устранена! Пуск ► Служебные Winows ► Панель управления ► Диспетчер устройств.
   В Диспетчере устройств перейти в Системные устройства. Удалить "Контроллер Definition Audio (Microsoft), Контроллер Definition Audio (Microsoft)

   . Затем переходим в Звуковые игровые и видео устройства. Удаляем NVIDIA High Definition Audio и все что будет еще.
   Обязательно Не отключаем а именно удаляем! Перезагружаем пк. Открываем драйвер" Realtek_Audio" и устанавливаем.
   Установка проходит успешно. Все драйвера в автомате устанавливаются и начинают работать в нормальном режиме.

   В подобных ситуациях возмущенные (по праву!) пользователи ПК говорят о «кривизне рук» программистов-«драйверописателей».

   I tried to reinstall the Realtek Audio drivers due to a sound problem that I tried to fix, but everytime I try to install the Realtek drivers, it says that it failed with an error code -0001. I tried to look up solutions to the problem and one of them were to disable UAA Bus Drivers, which is something I can't install, nor have installed. I'm wondering how can I bypass this error?
