Обращаем внимание, что при подаче заявки необходимо указывать именно 17-значный Steam ID, который отображается в адресной строке страницы "Мой профиль" по клику по ваш логин в правом верхнем углу окна Steam.
Если ваш профиль Steam имеет настроенную ссылку без стандартного цифрового Steam ID, обязательно необходимо уточнить 17-значный ID через службу поддержки или иным способом.
Так же, предоставьте скриншот Технической поддержки Steam, где вы делали запрос на изменение некорректного аккаунта.

-Папку ru, которую мы распаковали из архива, копируем в Bin64/xc/

Найдите файл [xmag.xem] и удалите его. После этого запустите игру.

Перейдите в папку Black Desert Online, щелкните правой кнопкой мыши папку и выберите «Свойства», перейдите на вкладку «Безопасность». Под Group и usernames вы увидите список авторизованных пользователей. Если SYSTEM отсутствует в списке, вам нужно будет добавить его с полными разрешениями.
29. Cannot initialize system object.
SmartGuard считает, что вы используете виртуальную машину для запуска игры. Вам нужно будет отключить службы Hyper-V и снять флажок Hyper-V в свойствах и настройках сети.
30. File Black Desert Online\bin64\BlackDesert64.bin is missing from your game installation. Please full check your game client.

I tried to clear cache, flush dns, restart, doing the version.dat trick and nothing worked. Is someone having the same problem?

Go to Windows Defender Sceurity Center.
Click on "App & browser control" located on the left and scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Exploit protection settings".
On the System settings pane, do the following:
Turn all of the settings to "off by default" except for the two options listed below:
Randomise Memory allocation (Bottom-up ASLR)
Use default (On)
High-entropy ASLR
Use default (On)
On the Program settings pane, do the following (but make sure to add the file BlackDesert64.exe into the list first):
Leave all of the settings unchecked except for the following:
Randomise Memory allocation (Bottom-up ASLR)
Check the "Override system setting" box.
Click the switch to the "On" position.
most people who replied on that said it did work so you should try this

It worked, the game launched now. Did all that, restarted the pc and now the game launches as usual

Back when I first posted that very fix on the BDO forums, and on another post referred to it in a discussion with a GM, I was ultimately disappointed to find out that the GM's won't even direct players to the fix -- knowing full well, that my fix works! Players with this Windows Insider security issue, for goodness sake!
Instead, they are told to roll back to the retail version of Windows 10.

Sorry to hear you're going through this issue, but the above fix no longer works.
Now what's most commonly associated with this "Failed to Init Security" issue are flagging by Antivirus programs, so if you're running one other than Windows own, allow the game through it or add it to the whitelist. Running a VPN can also affect this issue as the game blocks certain VPN servers, so try it without VPN on. Third reason could be down to a number of third-party startup programs interfering with Xingcode from initiating, hence you get the alert that the game's security protocols have failed to load -- in such a case, opt for a clean boot, and isolate and disable the program/s responsible.
To perform a clean boot in Windows 8 or Windows 10:
1) Press the "Windows + R" key to open a Run box.
2) Type msconfig and click OK.
3) On the General tab, click Selective startup.
4) Clear the Load startup items check box.
5) Click the Services tab.
6) Select the Hide all Microsoft services check box (at the bottom).
7) Click Disable all -- but leave the Steam Client Service and your GPU driver services as 'enabled'.
8) Click OK and then Restart.
Try running Black Desert Online now. And if it works, that means that some of the programs you deselected were preventing it from starting properly. If it's bloatware, simply uninstall them, but if it's a program you require, see if they have an updated version on their website and all.
After completing your troubleshooting, restore your system by doing the following:
