Ошибка init driver 0xc0000603

When I try to download free/purchase apps on the windows store in Windows 8.1 I receive the following error:

"Your purchase couldn't be completed. Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code: 0xc03f4064. " with a "Try Again" and a "Cancel" button.

This does not occur for the very first download after each time I issue a wsreset command. Also, sometimes if I hit try again multiple times it will work (the download/install will occur currently) on the third or fourth "try again"

I have run the app troubleshooter (windows store cache may be damaged), switching account to local and back, renaming the cache folder so it creates a new one, re-registering the windows store app. etc. from all of the threads out there on "purchase couldn't be completed" errors.

I've had error code 0xc03f4064 when downloading apps from the Windows Store. I just did a system refresh and it says I already have the app and yet the app shows up nowhere on my PC after the refresh. Sometimes I get lucky and the download can occur but I hit try again more times than I should and for some still doesn't download. Plus MS database seems to never heard of error code: 0xc03f4064

Having the same issue with my brand new 2in1laptop. Anyone have a fix yet?

Not sure if it's relevant but my time zone time time is also 4 hours off. I had to turn off auto time just so it would display the right time.

Try to re-enable "Windows Update" service and check if that helps.

1. Press Win+R keys together to launch RUN dialog box. Type services.msc in the textbox and press Enter. It'll open Services Manager.

2. Scroll down to bottom and you'll see a service "Windows Update" in the list. Double-click on it and set its Startup type to Automatic.

Also, make sure that "Windows Firewall" service is also set to Automatic.

I tried to do this method with services. msc and I still get the same error message. Any other suggestions? I haven't been able to download any app and I just got my surface.

Кстати, в Windows 10 и более поздних версиях рекомендуется использовать HLK, а не HCK.

The EV Signing Certificate's SN is not in its CRL Distribution Point list.

So, why dose device manager told me my driver's certificate for this file has been revoked?

BTW on Windows 10 and later, its recommend using HLK not HCK.

Такая же ошибка, с USB2.0 на чистый HDD на МВ ASRock Z68 Pro3-M, Win 8.1x64, уже чем и как только не делал, на MBR всё чётко и ровно, на UEFI - никак.. На MBR принципиально не хочу, хочу разобраться с UEFI, себе делаю.

пытаюсь установить виндоус 8 на ноут asus k55vd и выдает ошибку системного файла с рековери

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded a required file is missing or contains errors. сталкиваюсь с этим впервые, я так понял я тут никакою винду не смогу установить пока не разберусь с этой проблемой. подскажите что делать

Разобрался, весь косяк в БИОСЕ и флэхе был, из двух статей всё как надо сделал, на GPT поставил, с первого раза, там ещё есть статьи, может кому и полезно буит!!
