Помогите, пожалуйста, решить проблему.

При установке критических обновлений биос выдаёт ошибку (длится это примерно 2 месяца):

Insyde H2OFFT cannot load the driver. Please close all applications. If you run this utility in Windows 8 or greater, please run as Administrator.

В итоге обновление не устанавливается, комп не перезагружается.

Пробовала установить через Lenovo Vantage и System Update, предварительно закрыв все приложения и отключив антивирусники, а также скачать и запускать от администратора.

Но при этом, если обновлять через сайт Lenovo, запускается Lenovo Service Bridge и сканирование, нужное обновление устанавливается, комп перезагружается. Но при очередной проверке обновлений и в Vantage, и Lenovo Service Bridge, это обновление обозначается как критическое и требующее установку.

Ноут IdeaPad S145-15IWL с предустановленной Win'10. Раньше проблем при обновлении не было.

В чём-то они правы, дампов(образов чипа биоса) биоса на сайте нет, но их там и не должно быть. И эти дампы нужны только для прошивки биоса программатором. Вот, к примеру, дампы биоса Aspire E5-571G - раз и два.
А то, что они называют обновлениями, это и есть файлы биоса и флешер, с прочими драйверами и файлами конфигурации, нужными для прошивки. Если прошивка в Crisis Recovery Mode не запускается, значит при прошлой неудачной прошивке повредился Boot Block, и теперь Вам без программатора не обойтись, ну или без похода в сервис для прошивки биоса программатором. Это, кстати, быстро и недорого. Позвонила в СЦ, сказали 3500 будет стоить, думаю дороговато. А так местные ремонтники берут 2 тыс, наверное рискну к ним обратиться (не надо никуда ехать).

переименовал распакованый биос 2.11 isflash.bin в bios.fd, закинул на флешку, при нажатии кнопок fn esc начинается считывание флешки примерно с минуту, дальше ничего не происходит Bercut,

Также считывание флешки примерно с минуту, затем индикатор флешки горит постоянно и остается гореть индикатор питания, индикатор жесткого диска. есть дамп и биосы разных версий нужен процесс прошивки именно для этой модели, вот например папки dos и rom биоса версии 1.08. Программатор не вариант так как у нас его не продают и самому сделать деталей нет.

Как Вы его собираетесь шить "не программатором", если система, любая, DOS, Windows, среда UEFI, не грузится, а имени файла биоса для прошивки в Crisis Recovery Mode нет в файле биоса, т.е. встроенный в boot block флешер не знает, какой именно файл шить в Crisis Recovery Mode?

Hi! Recently, I received the prompt for BIOS 10 [64] (EMCN46WW) update. The update package was successfully downloaded, but upon installation, this error message pops up: Insyde H2OFFT cannot load the driver. Please close all applications [. ].

I tried restarting/shutting down my laptop (IdeaPad 3 14IIL05, model name: 81WD, MTM: 81WD005TPH), rerun the update, but still to no avail. I downloaded Lenovo's System Update app, but the same error message appears. Left image is the error message, right image is the directory for the update(?)

I would appreciate any help you can give in this matter. Thanks!

Which application did prompt this update - is it Lenovo Vantage app or Lenovo Service Bridge?

BIOS updates are actually optional and are only done in specific situations like after replacing a specific part from the machine itself. Furthermore, your machine will still run fully operational even without this BIOS update prompted to you. You can disregard this update.
