Здраствуйте все соратники по несчастью, сейчас я вам расскажу как избавиться от этой надоедливой проблемы ввиде мигания рабочего стола и панели задач.
Сейчас я напишу как я решил эту проблему, для начала заходим во все параметры, далее открываем "Персонализация" а далее "Темы", и клацаем по "Параметры значков рабочего стола" и в меню что вылетело нажимаем галочку на "панель управления" и нажимаем "ок"
Далее мы заходим на рабочий стол и видим что на рабочем столе появилась иконка "Панель управления"
Нажмите на эту иконку и зайдите в "Программы и компоненты" а затем отыщите один из этих файлов файл:
StartisBack или StartIsBack++, затем нажмите на одну из этих програм правой кнопкой мыши и удалите, и проблема должна решиться в 80% случаев.
Similar issue with the update today. There is a UI element like 3/4s down on the left side of the screen that says 'Hold ESC key to control remote session / Try it now!'
Can't make it go away and it just sticks there over top of whatever you're doing. Not sure what's going on but makes it impossible to use streaming enjoyably.

This stupid message splashes right across the chat window in the lower left corner and NO, holding ESC does NOT get rid of the message (ESC in TTS brings up the menu whether you press and release or press and hold). Whoever thought it was a great idea to add this message, think again and remove it please! I have steam link hardware, and I get this now if I push any buttons on my connected harmony remote. Haven't found a way to get rid of it short of disconnecting and reconnecting.

I dont have one with a hard keyboard, I'll have to program it in, but I'll let you know.

If I "Stop Streaming", I get dropped to the steam link menu.
If I "Stop Game", (in game) the game exits. (Out of game) nothing happens, but I never get the "Press ESC to take control" prompt again for that steam link session.
Запускаешь Remote Play, появляется эта плашка, далее необходимо в самой консоли сменить язык консоли на другой, плашка пропадает, возвращаем на свой язык и пользуемся!

Подтверждаю. Нельзя удалить то, что не установлено.
Да, плойка предлагает его загрузить, но самостоятельно не устанавливала.
У меня такого нет
Есть и никуда не девается

Привет. После обновления ПО точно так же и не выдает качественные 60 ФПС. Что делать я уже не знаю ред.
The most recent windows update screws with it. updating startisback will also fix it.

Legend. I tried pressing CHECK FOR UPDATES and nothing seems to be happening.
So have it unchecked for now.
