Данная ошибка возникла, так как подключение между игроками было потеряно.

Для ПК: Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что Ваш ПК запущен не под большой нагрузкой (например, попробуйте ЗАКРЫТЬ ФОНОВЫЕ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЯ). Перезагрузите компьютер, если ситуация сохраняется.
Для консоли: Перезагрузите игру. Если ситуация сохраняется, перезагрузите консоль полностью.

Alexz_915 Знаток (323) Прости, я просто не знаю где ещё взять информации, и тем более я и не пытался. Надеяться на Ubi не стоит сервера просто класс.

does anyone have the same problem ?

Since this thread was necro'd after not being active for some time, I'm going to go ahead and lock it.

Same issue. Ever since I got the game, I kept disconnecting every single match, or during loading / beginning of match.

Things I checked out to find out they are of no help:

- Closing every single background application except steam and uplay.

- Setting up correct settings on Firewall, on both game and easy-anticheat.

- Uninstalling protection / anti virus / Disable windows defender .

- Resetting net through cmd: (ipconfig /release), (ipconfig /renew) and (netsh winsock reset).

- Resetting router to factory settings, enabling UPnP and doing some port forwarding work (ubi support guide link).

- Giving Admin mode and compatibility settings.

-Giving full read-write-execute permission to the game folder.

It made me think about it a little bit deeper and question the quality of ubisofts answer:

I have called my ISP and explained the situation, to my surprise, they actually found out that I as a client, was set on unstable connection settings by mixing 2 different speeds. ISP 100MB on a 30MB bandwidth line. Which caused packet loss from time to time when line was loaded more than 30MB at a time.

That was my issue, the game engine network logistics work in a way that if you have a lag spike on your internet, or say a packet loss from time to time, after a couple of repeated errors and lags the game simply, kicks you.

Try calling your ISP if none of the above work,

Add some interest in leaving the company and they might give you a better internet routing on a stable line without you having to explain the whole long story ;)

Ульяна, ну я не пожалел,когда купил,может наладят и чего-нибудь придумают чтобы онлайн поднять)

Ульяна, ну например в fortnite там тоже все блокнули и незайти было разрабы починили уже и сейчас играть можно в battlefield 1 тоже блокнули в ход не знаю починили или нет

Ульяна, короче если у тебя российский ип сейчас ты почти не поиграешь в игру если те сервера хостятся на amazone

задача этих хлебушков была в том что бы люди из россии не смогли качать и пользоваться телеграмом и что эти ХЛЕБУШКИ натворили он сломали всё всё

У кого с заходом в игру и кучей разнообразных ошибок проблема - надо пытаться хренову тучу раз в игру перезайти. Желательно молиться при этом всем богам и пантеонам сразу, может быть приконнектиться удастся и ошибку выдаст только в распределении войск, что поиграть не так чтобы очень сильно мешает.
