This Reshade Preset was made using the Reshade Framework version 3.1.0
Without my future support this and earlier Reshade versions will be the only frameworks this preset will guaranteed function on.

Greetings Fellow Mod-User!
I'd like to formally welcome you to my very first mod! I've never uploaded here and I hope you like what I have to offer ;)Aite, so one thing I really dislike on mod pages are long descriptions. So I'll try to keep it brief. Basically this preset is a lot more vibrant and saturated than the original game.
Okay, I do realise that Dragon Age 2 is getting pretty old and not a lot of people bother modding it or playing it anymore for that matter. But I thought I'd release it anyways for those who are like me and replaying the series. I also wanted to experiment with nexus and see what it's like on the modder's end! I'll be releasing updated versions as I go through my own playthrough and yes, I do take requests (though I don't make promises that I will successfully achieve them, I will try to.)
Detailed Installation (For those who are new to Reshade):
This screen will show up. Click Continue.
Step 2:
From here, you press the drop-down box and select AVTR. (note that in the screenshot I labled it as "My Custom Reshade". Yours will be "AVTR".
This brings us to our last step. After selecting AVTR, hit the continue buttons on the two screens that pop-up afterwards. Then select finish and click the small cross at the top right corner of the reshade page.
You're Done:
The Reshade should now be active. Feel free to hit ctrl-F2 any time and edit the features that you don't like! (As a sidenote, Reshade sometimes bugs out where you can't click stuff like escape and spacebar. In the event that this happens, just restart the game and everything should be back to normal.)
Uninstall:
So, you figured out you don't like the preset and want to get rid of it.
This is how you do that:
1. Delete "AVTR.ini" in your bin_ship folder - This should remove my preset. In order to remove Reshade entirely, move on to step 2.
2. Remove the following files:
reshade-shaders (folder)
dxgi.dll
dxgi
This should remove everything completely!
Compatibility:
SOOoo, this is my first mod. Which basically means that if there's something wrong or it bugs out alongside another mod
I won't be able to patch it.
I will be using Dragon Age 2 Ultimate HD alongside it, along with Unique Face Textures For Companions. If I find any bugs, I'll be sure to list them here. That goes for you guys too. If any of you encounter any bugs, just let me know and I'll put it up.
Quick bit of info before we wrap it up:
This preset basically came to be when I realised DA2 doesn't have a lot of presets. Those that were available, wasn't quite what I wanted. I was on the verge of settling for one until I found out I could edit and manipulate the game with Reshade myself!
I created the preset and was really happy with how it turned out. I liked how it resembled the original game, but somehow looked better (imo) Thus AVTR was born.

Windiws 7 x64, Windows 8 x64). Дабы не возникали проблемы (глюки,
тормоза, черные текстуры), автор советует использовать только основной
файл JB3 без дополнений.
Если же вы все-таки решите использовать дополнительные пакеты, автор советует устанавливать не более одного (выбирайте что больше нравится).
JB3textures нуждается в большем количестве оперативной памяти и видеопамяти компьютера, чем обычные текстуры в игре (в два раза больше). Ожидание загрузки игры увеличиться (на 5 - 10 секунд больше, чем обычно).
Этот мод можно установить вместе с Theta HD v1.2, это по словам автора Theta может повысить производительность при минимальной разнице в графике.
Многие текстуры игры обладают удручающе низким разрешением. Этот пак текстур добавляет в игру новые текстуры лучшего качества (использован фрактальный способ, поддельные HDR и мои собственные методы Photoshop) и многие текстуры переработаны. С JBtextures, мир Dragon Age: Origins будет выглядеть намного красивее!
- Требует на 75% меньше памяти, чем версия 2.1.
- Многие текстуры были переработаны.

I worked on the faces from all random npcs and main characters, to get a proper quality and higher resolution, for this end i used the fantastic Unique Face Textures for Companions by Ellise and my own Fallout 4 faces to get a result i really enjoyed.
And Thanks for the Amazing vaelsmod i was able to work a true HD Chamapion Armors textures for both genders and all class, the meshes and textures have higher resolution and better textures in all areas, the metal shines is correct and is all in 4k resolution, with more metal looks.

the rogue champion female and the champion mage female may preset a small texture problem on the arms, but nothing really broken and its almost unnoticeable.
The faces textures may show some issues depending of the lightning like the vanilla versions its one of the many limitations of this game.
another thing about the face is that many male npcs use the female and even kids face, like Thrask and ser korras for example, so i recommend to search the nexus for morphs of MALES npcs so they will get the propper male faces for example this mod Selected NPCs Revamped DA2 2-2 by Ali Bengali select only the male the female will get a bearded version >.>
Special Note: The Isabela Armor, cannot and i will never give permission to be used for any mod to be upload anywhere for Fair skin. you can do changes and use yourself, but not upload, and any request for a fair skinned isabela will be ignored.
