If you haven't bought any DLCs and play solo and are tired of the DLC cluttering the feats menu I've found a quick way to remove them possibly without errors.

If you go to your Paks folder located - /Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Content\Paks and replace the DLC paks (DLC_DLC_Aquilonia, DLC_DLC_Khitai, DLC_DLC_Pict) with another one. I used ForestMushroomsPack as it seemed harmless enough to have multiples of. The DLC will be removed from the Feats menu, and you will gain around 900mb.

I'm not sure if this will cause errors or bugs as I worked it out in about 5 mins and the only testing I did was to make sure the game booted up. If anyone has a better or more efficient way of doing this let me know as I don't really have any idea what I was doing just trying a basic idea.

Also I'm not sure if updates will overwrite the modded files so I would suggest keeping a copy of them and copying them back over after a patch if they get overwritten.

Ingame I see the Yamatai stuff, saying that you need to be lvl 10 to get it, but nothing happens when I click it. I has this wierd green arrow next to it. So I solved the problem. I forgot to mention 1 little thing. I hosted my own dedicated server on the same machine that I'm playing on. So it seems, if you dont turn off steam when starting the server, the server itself gets your steam ID, and when you connect you, obviously, have your steamID reserved for the server so game uses your PC's ID. and with this it cannot get info on what DLC you have. So it to get around it you have to turn off steam, then launch the server AND ONLY THEN turn on steam and the game client. Or host this on a different machine.

It say they are Installed and Active on steam and in-game it say they are Purchased!
Yet I can not Unlock any DLC content in-game!
I tried Restarting Steam, Reinstalled the game, nothing work!

BE ADVICE: Steam bug, not only for this game, but for almost ALL games with mods. Google it. Not fun.

the DLC stuff are not mods, but you might have mods that are stopping you from unlocking it and you should not need to wait until you are level 60 either. If you can make equal quality items that you can make the same level in the DLC stuff.

If you can make light armor then you should be able to make the light DLC stuff, I have all the DLC and this is how it works in my games..

When you click on the game there should be a box in the middle of your library showing the content for the game you own. If it's not installed there, it won't work in game. Yes it say "Installed" on steam, it always has!

I unsubbed on all my mods and Reinstalled the game for a fresh start!

When I get to the main menu it say (under dlc) purchased on all DLC!

When I start singelplayer I still cant unlock any of the DLC content and when I exit to the main menu, it no longer say purchased on my DLC!?

Make sure the DLC are checked when you click on the game in your Steam library. Happens frequently that when I buy a DLC after it releases (but oddly not when I buy it before release) it will do this. and the reason is that Steam assumes I want the game to launch without it.

Even if the DLCs are checked might be helpful to UNCHECK them, and then toggle them back on just for assurance sake.

I always loved when people would fo that. Have a lengthy post going, then just go "fixed it". then nothing else lol. Yeah I'm having this issue right now and there google is returning nothing but dead end posts and threads. Also noticed that none of my achievements are unlocking either.

So far validation has failed.
Trying full re-installing atm. all 2 hours of waiting for it.
Will update.

Update: Reinstalling did not work.

SOLVED.
This fix is for people who are both hosting a dedicated server and playing on it from the same pc.

Your need to create a server start .bat and have -MULTIHOME in it
where I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up was not having proper syntax
e.g. my file now reads

ConanSandboxServer.exe -log -MULTIHOME=192.168.1.100 -nosteam

before it only had
ConanSandboxServer.exe -log -MULTIHOME -nosteam
so my issues is the original guide I followed didn't mention adding in the IP of the host pc,

Hopefully this will save someone the hours and aggravation I had to go through.

- Скопируйте steam_api64.dll и cream_api.ini в папку с игрой *

- У некоторых игр есть дополнительная проверка на оригинальные steam_api.dll/steam_api64.dll, и, если они были изменены, игра больше не запустится (например, Magicka)(также, некоторые игры могут проверять, нет ли файла *.ini в папке с игрой).
Для того, чтобы играть с анлокером в такие игры, Вы должны изменить значение опции "extraprotection" на "true".
Следует знать, что некоторые игры, все равно не запустятся (например, Serious Sam HD: TFE/TSE), так как в них присутствуют еще более изощренные проверки.
- Некоторые игры поддерживают разблокировку всех DLC на автомате, для таких игр достаточно установить : unlockall = true , и абсолютно все DLC будут разблокированы.
- Некоторые игры требуют правильной установочной директории для каждого из DLC. Для того, чтобы это настроить, используйте секцию [dlc_installdirs]. Наглядный пример:

- В версии API 4.4.91.85 был добавлен новый интерфейс под названием ISteamParentalSettings. Этот интерфейс является абсолютно новым и отвечает за полный родительский контроль.
Чтобы обойти ограничения родительского контроля (если таковые имеются), достаточно изменить опцию "unlockparentalrestrictions" на "true".

- Начиная с версии 3.0.0.0 была добавлена поддержка для использования анлокера в качестве полноценного враппера. По умолчанию режим враппера выключен. Чтобы его включить,
измените значение ключа "wrappermode" в секции [steam] на "true":

Возможно, Вам так же понадобится изменить остальные четыре ключа, находящиеся в секции [steam_wrapper]:

ключ "newappid" используется для фейкового ID игры (например, 480 aka SpaceWar).
ключ "wrapperremotestorage" используется для сохранения игрового процесса при помощи встроенной системы оффлайн-облака.
ключ "wrapperuserstats" используется для сохранения статистики при помощи встроенной системы достижений. Следует знать, что данная система может некорректно работать на некоторых играх.
ключ "saveindirectory" используется для того, чтобы дать понять анлокеру, сохранять данные в папку с игрой или нет. Данная опция будет работать только при включенной "wrapperremotestorage".
