Dude this mod was last updated. 21 Oct, 2017 It Doesn't work anymore.

I've been setting up mods for years and i cant get it to work. i can get to the menu but thats it.. I know it's free and I appreciate that but can you make it a bit easier to work. I know the models need to be installed first ie.. HECU's stuff. Help..

I'm sure I followed all of the instructions but I could still play the regular game after launch. The mod's loading screen showed up, though. If someone can tell me how to fix this so I can play the mod, I'd appreciate it.

Was able to launch the mod by reverting Black Mesa to Surface-tension-update(cu3)
However strongly recomend to decrease some video options before launching the mod.
Especialy shaders.
First map played pretty smoth, however second map loaded fine but crashed with "out of memory error" in about 10-60 seconds after start.
P.S. i7-860 (145x20 = 2.90 GHz), GTX 1050ti, 16gb ram 1600 MHz (4x4gb 11-10-10-30)

i failed,can't work,i've been copy everything but when i run the game,it's stil black mesa

INSANITY TIME just copy normal gameinfo.txt change it with this one and after you done playing the mod, put the old gameinfo.txt. I've done it and my game normally works

why should we replace the game info text that will just delete the blm game

В общем намучился с этим файлокопательством. Запускаю игру и это обычная Black Mesa, хотя при загрузке был фон Black Ops. Порылся в коммах, увидел что в консоль нужно написать map bmo_map_1. Окей, сделал, загрузка и вылет. Нафиг этот мод, пойду что нибудь другое на YouTube запишу.

Почему я должен заниматься ерундой, вместо того чтобы просто установить мод и играть? Почему другие моды делаются нормально, просто кинул папку с модом в sourcemods перезапустил Steam и играй, а тут хернёй страдай

To anyone who cannot play the mod at this version of the game, all you have to do is:
After doing the instructions go to your library, find Black Mesa on the left side, right click it, choose properties.
From here a page will open, choose Betas from the left side, and choose Halloween Update.
Author of mod please pin this to the top so everyone can see.

Maurice Schmitz just switched to the betas and it still worked for me, SURE you followed the instructions right?

Add the Black ops soldier who is allied with the black ops assassin from the Black Mesa SNPC mod

( it just add a scrip that use the spec ops SNPC from the Special Ops mod , who already look like the Black Ops Soldier from Opposing Force , and add a version of this one who is with the other Black ops of the Black Mesa SNPC mods)
