I enabled the Windows Subsystem for Linux feature, rebooted, and then installed Ubuntu from the Microsoft Store. Upon launching Ubuntu, the following error message appeared:

I tried running wsl from a command prompt and it claimed no distribution was installed:

Everytime I try to interact with the person ingame (the one with the red icon on the minimap) about a coop mission, nothing happens. When I try to acces the Club from the Café, it says error 0x8000000d.

Anyone knows why and how can I get it working?

what did u precisely do to fix it? I did nothing, just kept trying untill I managed to find someone to do coop missions (Cuz when I tried, it just looked for people infinitly). But, like I said, sometimes it doesn't find anyone, and I'm pretty sure thats their problems, cuz when I do get to find someone, for the remainder of that gaming session I can find other people very easily.

Although I can't access Iniciates, no matter what I do. You could try what BurstFire suggested though!
