Method 1: Run the Store app troubleshooter
Select the Start Button > Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps
Method 2: Display Adapter Driver Update

Check if you have DUET DISPLAY app installed on your device. Uninstall this app if it is installed on your device and check the status of the issue.
To uninstall the application
Open Run Command (Windows Key + R key), type in Appwiz.cpl.
Look for DUET DISPLAY application, right click and click on ‘Uninstall’.

Temporary FIX (that worked for me):
Got to Device Manage on your PC -> Click Display Adapters -> disable the Intel (Onboard) Graphics Card.
However this workaround requires way too much from the end user. It should not be labeled as an end-game solution. Hopefully Turn10 can fix.
