The crew код ошибки 0 24

So me and brother both bought the crew (two separate product keys), but only one of us can log into/play the crew at a time (we both have our own UBISOFT account) I'm not sure whats causing this, I have done the 3000/3001 INBOUND/OUTBOUND for both. If one of us is playing The Crew and the other one tries to log into it says

It would be great if someone could have me resolve this soon, as I want to play with my little brother.
