What are templates?
Wiki templates provide a means to insert the same content over and over in different (or the same) pages. This saves editors the hassle of duplicating the same text again and again, and also helps ensure consistency.
Templates are generally shown with the format required to use the template (e.g. > ). Clicking the template name takes you to the template's page, where you can see what it looks like and how it is used.

As a new player, you only start with one character, an adult human. When you join the game, you get to customize the character's gender and appearance.
The goal of the game is to find shards, like the name suggests. Once you have found your first shard, a badge called "Shard Seeker" will be awarded to you.
Collecting more of those shards will give shard pieces, and the amount given depends on the rarity and size of the shard. After you get enough shards, you can start unlocking more characters.
Each has different playstyles, like, if you choose to buy a butterfly, you can fly and stick to walls, if you choose to be a mouse, you can stick to walls and be extremely small, if you choose to be a turtle, you can swim really fast. The characters you can unlock have a big variety, ranging from sky elves, to mermaids, to dragons.
