Во второй части (The Rescue Mission) первой миссии, когда вы, освободив майора Grillo, проникнете за большую арку и окажетесь в длинном дворе, поднимитесь вверх по ступенькам лестницы, расположенной рядом с грузовиком.
Сверните влево и идите далее по платформе, пока не увидите расположенный в углу маленький и ничем с виду не примечательный проход, находящийся за небольшой лестницей. Поднявшись по ней, вы очутитесь в помещении, населенном недружелюбными фрицами и полном полезных вещичек, типа аптечек и амуниции. Но главное, что вы можете здесь обнаружить, - это захваченный фашистами снайпер, который с удовольствием к вам присоединится и будет вам помогать в борьбе с фашистами.
Не пойму, как игру с этими параметрами запустить?

Есть эта строка или её надо написать самому, но где сделать запись и ввести коды?

Note: Make sure you use this parameter with the mohpa.exe file and not the mohpa_setup.exe file which is installed to your desktop by default.
Alternate Method
Instead of using the command-line parameter, you can edit your player config file, located by default in "My Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Pacific Assault\configs". The default file is "unnamedsoldier.cfg". Open this file with Wordpad.exe. Go down to the section // Cvars. Add the following line to this section:
Save the file. This should enable the console once you go back into the game. Still use [
] (tilde) to bring it up.

If you still cannot get the console to come up, you can actually bind the cheats to keys using the config file which does not require access to the console. Open your config file with Wordpad.exe (located by default in "My Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Pacific Assault\configs"). The default file is "unnamedsoldier.cfg". Under the // Key Bindings section, simply change any of the bindings to the cheat codes. For example:
