When I searched on Google, they said that I can find the Cloud Synchronization setting on ''Updates'' but I can't. Here is a screenshot of what I see in ''Updates''.

To disable cloud sync, Right click on the game in your library; select Properties. The very first box/tab that you will see has three tick-mark boxes on it. One of them is Enable/Disable Cloud Sync. Make sure it is disabled.
Once you've done that, you need to delete the save file (it is not in My Documents). To find your save file, open Windows Explorer/File Explorer. Select your "C" drive.
From the list, choose "Users". Next, click on your user name for your pc.
Next, select AppData.
On the next page, select Roaming.
On the next page, find Wonderscope and select it.
The next page will be the Hokko Life folder. Select it.
You should now see a "Save" Folder. Delete that. And then you should be good to go.
