The pedestrian hate and riot cheats are permanent and cannot be reversed if the game is saved while the cheat is active. These pedestrian-related cheats can hinder progress during missions.

Due to the nature of the cheats requiring a hash code rather than just simply the input itself, it may result in hash collisions, thereby making the cheats enterable using a number of combinations, even by simply pressing the movement keys (WASD).

Themes/pedestrian behavior

Many of these cheats are used in the game during the Los Santos Riots.

Note: This cheat does not work in missions involving races and car chases.

Note: Unlike previous games, this code can be turned on and off at will. However, keeping it on may cause problems during the storyline. This code brings up data from the Los Santos Riots except on a statewide scale.

Note: Vehicles that have been already destroyed will also explode.

Note: Parked cars still spawn.

Note: This code changes the all ped acquaintances of the male and female ped types to hate, except for the street criminals, prostitutes, and mission ped types.

Time and weather

Note: Odd sudden weather changes. If Carl is wasted, the the time reverts to 12:00. When disabled the time that passed is added to the current time.

Only locks the timecycle (sky colour). Sun still rises/sets and map brightens/darkens as usual even with this cheat activated.

Ребят, в этом Моде вряд ли будет Либерти Сити из GTA IV, так как эта карта из HD-вселенной а у создателя этого Мода задача объединить все карты из 3D-вселенной игр от Rockstar, увы. 🤔😫😔

ArMaG1Z0N Я - PC'шник, поэтому я не в курсах, что творится на других платформах и вообще я писал не о том что нереально перенести карту из GTA IV в GTA SA а о том что создатели этого мода не планируют этого делать так как они поставили себе задачу объединить карты из 3D-вселенной, ты меня чутка не правильно понял, просто. Так то я знаю что возможно перенести но они не планируют этого пока а может и вообще. 🤔 PS: Прости что я ответил тебе через чуть больше полмесяца так как я реже стал сюда заходить, как и в соц.сети, из-за работы. 🤔😔

Note: Invincibility is unreliable and occasionally turns itself off after cutscenes, inside the car when just finishing dates and missions or if Carl's inside the car when the cheat is turned on. The player has to exit and re-enter the car to re-enable the invincibility, or else Carl's car will blow up when blowing up another car. Also if the player disables this cheat while inside the vehicle, it will become all-proof and also not destroyed when using cheats "Blow up all vehicles". If the vehicle is stored into the garage, it will immediately lose its' fire and damage-proof qualities, but retain the bullet-proofing and explosion-proofing.

This was not an intended cheat string as its hash was intentionally NULLed
