I purely physically lack the memory to download ac odyssey to get the key from there, to activate the uplay. Actually, I bought an ultimate edition to play in the 3rd part, and I'm asked to activate a key that has not come anywhere. Is it possible to get this key on e-mail? (and yes, all the games that go through uplay, I've been given activation keys)

As part of your purchase you won't have received a key, the game is instead automatically activated to your Ubisoft account.

To resolve this, can you please give these steps a try;

Firstly, please make sure you're launching Steam and Ubisoft Connect with admin privileges, by following these steps. [ubi.li]

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files [ubi.li] within Steam.

If an issue is found, you will be given the option to Repair, click Repair. After repairing the issue, please verify the game again until no issues are found.

When this has been completed, try launching the game again.

Абсолютно такая же история - покупал год назад Deluxe издание Assassin's Creed 3.
Недавно хотел запустить, активация ключа при первом запуске из-под steam не сработала (писалось, что ключ невалидный), поэтому активировал его непосредственно через интерфейс Uplay, ключ принялся, игра в библиотеку Uplay добавилась. Но на этом все и закончилось. Любые попытки запустить игру из-под Steam либо из-под Uplay заканчивались окном активации Uplay, требовавшим ввод ключа (повторный ввод ключа выдавал ошибку "This CD Key or Activation Code is already active on this account").

Техподдержка ubisoft пишет, чтобы делал возврат через steam.
Техподдержка steam отказывает во возврате, мотивируя тем, что 14 дней прошло с момента покупки.
